  • ISRO Young Scientist Program 2020 –

Under the Scheme for ISRO Young Scientist Program, the Indian Space Research Organization invites students from class 9th who are dedicated to space science and want to career in the same field. The scheme is applicable for both private and government schools of India.

Students pursuing in education from the recognized board of CBSE, ICSE, and State syllabi are eligible to participate. The aim of this initiative is to motivate students to pursue Science and Research as a career. Each selected candidate will go for the two weeks summer training program, and get a closer interaction of the Space management, Space technology, Space science, and Space applications.

  • Umbrella Scheme for Education of ST Children – Pre Post Scholarship

The Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India welcomes Indian students who are studying in Class 9th or Class 10th from the recognized board. For the year 2020, the applications will be made available online from 20th June 2020 and will end on 15th October 2020.

A total of 15 prizes are given under this award and the winner receives a cash reward as per the norms of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs.

  • UP Scholarship

To boost the confidence level amongst students and provide them a supporting platform, the Uttar Pradesh Government has launched UP Scholarship Scheme for students of Class 9th to 12th. With over 2 lakhs scholarships, the programme welcomes skilled and meritorious students belonging to the economically weaker background and rewards the best ones out of those. 

The aim of this initiative is to motivate students to pursue higher studies without any financial crisis. Each selected candidate receives an amount of ₹ 14,400 to ₹ 6,600.

  • National Talent Search Exam (NTSE) –

NTSE scholarship is a well-known scholarship exam for students studying in class 10th.   The National Council of Education Research and Training conducts this exam to help students pursue higher studies. There are two levels of this exam, one is the State Level and the other is the National Level.  Any student below the age of 18 can apply for this and win financial help for future studies.

A total of 1,000 students take part in this programme every year and can even prepare for it via different coaching centres. The exam follows the NCERT syllabus and conducted in written format.

  • HP Udaan Scholarship Program 2020

HP Udaan Scholarship funded by HP Inc. India focuses on providing financial support to students of class 10th. About 2,800 students will be rewarded in the year 2019 to pursue higher studies.

The aim of the initiative is to help girl child belonging from financially weak backgrounds, to complete their studies in the areas of their interest and not compromise with their dreams.

  • Ashirwad Scholarship 2020

Ashirwad scholarship is a programme conducted by the Government of Punjab, India and held every year for the welfare of the reserved category students. Applicants with an inclination and aptitude towards education are inviting by the State government for Ashirwad Scholarship 2020. 

It is known as one of the best scholarships for school students of class10th. Candidates get selected by their performance and receive various rewards in the form of Study tours, fee charges, and much more. Applications for the same will begin from 18th September 2020 and will conclude on 01st November 2020.

  • Jyoti Kalash Scholarship 2020

Jyoti Kalash Scholarship is a platform for those needy girl students who face difficulties to complete their education, due to the lack of resource and financial status. Female candidates who are in Class 10th and their annual family income is less than ₹ 3,50,000 per annum are eligible to apply for the Jyoti Kalash fellowship program 2020 specially designed to help need people. The last date to send applications for the scheme is 31st May 2020.

  • CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship

The Central Board of Secondary Education introduces an online platform known as CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship for the female students, who are the only girl child of their parents. Students passed their 10th boards with a minimum aggregate score of 60% and they should be continuing their studies +2 studies. Talking about the fellowship benefits, students of class 11th and 12th will receive ₹ 500 on the monthly basis.

  • HDFC Educational Crisis Scholarship

HDFC ECSS scholarship is a programme conducted by the HDFC Bank India. Students with an inclination and aptitude towards education can apply for this.  It is known as one of the best scholarships for school students of class 6th to 12th. Candidates get selected by their performance in the aptitude test and later called in for an interview round.

Once selected, the applicants receive a generous fellowship to complete education up to the PG level. Getting a scholarship like this really adds weight to the student’s CV and provides him/her with many opportunities in the future.

  • KCMET’s Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship

K. C. Mahindra Education Trust (KCMET) has come up with the fellowship scheme for class 10th and 12th students named as Mahindra All India Talent Scholarship. The fellowship scheme is applicable for the students who have successfully taken admission in a government or other renowned Polytechnic Institute for Diploma Courses. For the 2020 session, the last date to fill the online application form was 31st March 2020.

  • Tata Trust Means Grant for School 2020

The Tata Trusts Means Grant for School 2020 is for students from class 8th to class 10th. Under this fellowship program, the much-needed school going students will get the benefits of the scholarship by provided financial aid for pursuing higher education. The program is being offered to such meritorious students who have an excellent academic record and don’t have enough economic support to complete their studies. The application process is likely to begin from 12th August 2020 and will conclude on 22nd December 2020.

  • Savitribai Phule Scholarship

The outline of Savitribai Phule Scholarship is designed to encourage the auspicious girl students in the Maharashtra state. Students who are currently enrolled in between class 5th to 10th are eligible to submit their online applications.   •  CCB Welfare And Scholarship Scheme India 2020

CCB Welfare And Scholarship Scheme offers a yearly financial help of up to ₹ 4 Lakhs to students of class 10th and 12th. Students belonging to General/ SC/ ST/ OBC and other Minority community can avail this fellowship course and fulfil their dream education goal at the best colleges and universities of India.

This initiative by the Combined Counselling Board (CCB), India is only for those applicants who belong from families which an annual income of ₹ 2 lakhs or less.

  • Pre-Matric and Post-Matric Scholarship

The Pre-Matric scholarship scheme is for students from class 1st to class 10th.  It is for students from minority communities such as; Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Buddhist and Parsi.  This fully-funded scholarship initiated by the Government of India is for students with an annual family income of ₹ 1 lakh or below.

The Post-Matric scholarship is for students of class 11th and 12th. This government initiated scheme covers the admission, tuition and maintenance fee of the selected students. Even though both of these scholarships are for minority students, there is a reserved share of 30% for minority girl students.
