Eligibility Criteria

It is important for each applicant to check the edibility criteria before applying for the scholarship: -

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• The candidate must either be a class 10^th, 11^th or 12^th student or a college student.
• He/she should belong to a financially weak background.
• The applicant must have a good academic record.

How to Apply

The online application process is not open for the students yet.  The steps for the offline process are:-

• Each applicant has to meet the minimum score criteria before applying for the scholarship.
• Visit your nearest Jio office and ask for the application form.
• Fill the form with all the necessary details and submit it at the Jio office itself.
• Reliance team will verify all the information and send a confirmation after a few days.

Selection Process

This scholarship scheme comes under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities of the Reliance Foundation. Students receive the reward in one of the following ways: -

• Jio Merit Based Scholarship: For students who are performing well in academics, athletics, and artistic.
• Jio Student Specific Scholarship: For candidates who are eligible for specific categories like gender, religion, family, medical history etc.
• Jio Need-Based Scholarship: For students who are in highly needed areas such as nursing etc.
