JEE Main, NEET 2020 Question Bank Released By Gujarat Board

Gujarat State Board has issued the question bank for students preparing for IIT JEE Main, NEET, and GUJCET 2020 State Entrance Exam.

On Thursday (07th May 2020), the Gujarat State Board has released question bank for students appearing for national entrance exams like JEE Main 2020 or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, and state-level entrance exam GUJCET 2020. The issued question bank comprises of four subjects in total including - Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics along with chapter-wise topics. More than this, there are separate question banks for Gujarati medium students and English medium students. Apart from question banks, chapter-wise question papers are also available for students.

GUJCET 2020 – About the Examination Dates

Earlier, the Gujarat Board had released the GUJCET admit card 2020 on its official website for the GUJCET entrance exam, which was scheduled to be conducted on 31st March 2020. However, the state-level exam was postponed due to the imposed coronavirus lockdown and the revised dates are yet to be announced.

GUJCET 2020 Exam Pattern

The board holds the GUJCET exam 2020 in three groups i.e. Groups A, B, and AB for admission to degree/ diploma programmes in Engineering and Pharmacy. Talking about the syllabus pattern, it is following the NCERT curriculum prescribed for Higher Secondary classes. In the GUJCET question paper, there will be 40 questions asked from each subject - Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Each question carries one mark with no negative marking scheme.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Human Resource Department has released the revised dates for JEE Main and NEET UG exams 2020. As per the new schedule, the postponed NEET-UG exam will be held on 26th July across 6000 exam centres, and JEE Main exam will be held from 18th to 23rd July 2020 via online mode. The complete schedule for JEE Advanced 2020 will be announced soon, while the is going to be held in August 2020.
