If it shows ‘OK’, you will be able to get a printout of the confirmation or acknowledgement page. What if the status shows ‘Not Ok’? Here’s what you should do –

  • In case, you have paid through the credit or debit card and the status is still not okay, be assured that you are going to get a refund. The transaction is not successful, and you will receive the amount back to the original mode of payment within 7-10 days. It is advised to make the payment once again and recheck the status.
