IIT-Delhi to conduct GATE 2020, View Registration Updates
Its official now, IIT Delhi will conduct GATE for upcoming 2020 session. Registrations will begin from September 2019.
GATE 2020: The Indian Institute of Technology Delhi will hold their command on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering for 2020 session. For the upcoming exam, the application process for GATE 2020 will active in the month of September 2019 at the official website i.e. gate.iitd.ac.in.
As per the usual schedule, the exam will be held in the first week of February 2020, while the GATE 2020 Admit cards will be released in mid-January. Formerly the GATE was conducted by IIT Madras on 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th February 2019.
GATE 2020 - Latest Updates
As per the official notice, the GATE 2020 will be concluded on 25 subjects including Architecture and Planning, Aerospace Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mathematics Engineering, Instrumentation and Mechanical Engineering among other subjects. Through GATE 2020 Scores, students can secure their seats in the best engineering and technical colleges across India. Aspirants aiming to get admissions in M. Tech, M. E, and Ph.D. courses in IITs, CFTIs, and NITs, the exam is mandatory to clear.

GATE 2020: Eligibility and Marking Scheme
IIT Delhi has made it official, that GATE 2020 will conduct under the umbrella of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Students who meet the GATE 2020 eligibility criteria can apply for the same through the official website via online mode. Talking about its eligibility norms, candidates need to complete their graduation in the subject of engineering or postgraduation in a relevant science subject. Students who are in the final year of degree course are also eligible to apply. The GATE 2020 marking scheme posses a negative mark for every incorrect answer. For every wrong answer, students will have to bear a loss of 1/3 mark for 1 mark question.
