B-MAT Exam

The Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University, Pune, conducts a management entrance exam every year, which is popular by the name B-MAT or BVP BMAT. The BVU is a deemed University accredited by NAAC with Grade ‘A’. By qualifying the B-MAT exam, students become eligible for admission to the two years full-time postgraduate management programs in the institutes affiliated to it. BMAT 2020 Syllabus

Mathematics

Algebra, Number Systems, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics, Probability, and Mensuration up to class 10th level.

Quantitative Ability

Partnership, Instalments and Payments, Median, Mode, BODMAS, Clock, work, and Time, Lines, Cubes and Cones, Pipe and Cisterns,  Time, Speed, Distance, Work and Time, etc.

Abstract and Logical Reasoning

Bars, Table, Pie-Chart, Graphs, Lines, Puzzles, Blood Relations, Data Structures, Coding-Decoding, Arrangements, Direction, Clocks and Calendars.

Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension

Reading comprehension, English Grammar, Fill in the blanks, different form of word usage, word meaning, etc.

Current Affairs

B-MAT Exam 2020 Eligibility

Nationality:

Indian citizen

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree with 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST category) from a recognised University.
  • Candidates in the final year of the Bachelor or Master programme are also eligible for the exam.

B-MAT Exam 2020 Application Process

Candidates can fill the application form within the specified time. The application forms can be submitted through the online or offline mode. Visit the official website for filling the application form. Here are the steps to apply:

BVP BMAT 2020 Exam Application Form -

  • Visit the official website of Bharati Vidyapeeth University.
  • Complete the registration process with basic personal details like Name, Email ID, and Mobile number. On completion of the registration, the candidates can access the application form using their log-in details.
  • Complete the application form with academic details.
  • Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature. The size of the scanned images must be less than 60 KB.
  • Make a payment of the application fee. The details of the application fee are provided below.
  • After successful fee payment, take a print of the confirmation page/ completed application form.

Application Fee

The application fee for the exam is ₹ 1500. A demand draft has to be drawn in favour of “The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University” payable at Pune-411030. Candidates can either  send the filled application through the mail and pay the fee through DD or can send the completed application form along with the DD through the post to the following address:

BMAT Exam 2020 Admit Card

The BMAT 2020 admit card will be released at the official website. Candidates can download the admit card only through the online mode. Admit card comprises of candidate’s name, exam details, date, timing, and venue of the exam. It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the examination hall along with valid ID proof.

BMAT Result 2020

The BMAT 2020 result will be uploaded at the official website. Candidates can login using their details and check the result. Take a print of the result for future references. Those who qualify the written exam will be called for group discussion and interview.
