Registration Starts for JEE Advanced 2017: Check Process & Fees

Examsplanner April 28th, 2017: On April 27th, 2017, CBSE has announced the result of the JEE Mains 2017 exam. Those candidates who have passed this exam are required to register themselves online to appear for the JEE Advanced exam. The JEE Advanced is scheduled to be held on May 21st, 2017.

Follow these steps to get registered –

  • A candidate should visit the official website of JEE.
  • By entering their JEE Mains details they will get the login id and password on their email.
  • With these login id and password candidate can get access to the registration form of the JEE Advanced, 2017.
  • Along with the registration form candidate should pay the application fee also. Check below the application fee –

It should be noted that a candidate will be charged additional ₹500 as late fee for registration in India. While the same for non SAARC countries will be USD 80.

Payment of registration fee

A candidate can pay their registration fee through SBI debit card or net banking.After the successful payment of the registration fee candidate is given unique registration id, which they should note down or get its print.A candidate can also pay in cash through the bank challan of SBI.  Foreign candidates cannot make payment through Debit/credit cards.

Upload Scanned documents

Along with the registration form it also important to upload scanned copy of some documents in the given size. A candidate should upload the scanned copy of his certificates of class 10th and 12th. The reserved category candidates should upload their reservation declaration certificate. Foreign candidates are also required to submit the above mentioned scanned copies along with the passport of their father or mother, photograph and signature. All scanned copies submitted should be within given size. The signature should be within 1 to 30 kb; photograph 4-10kb and certificates should be within 100 – 300 kb.
