UPBEB Released UPTET 2018 Exam Schedule – Apply Till 7th October

UPTET 2018 exam schedule has been released. Candidates can apply till 7^th October. The exam will be held on 4^th November.

UPTET 2018 Exam – Important Dates

Exam Schedule and Pattern

The UPTET exam will be conducted in two shifts –

• The first shift will be for Primary level teachers (1^st to 5^th class). The timings of the paper will be 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
• The second shift will be for Upper Primary level teachers (6^th to 8^th class). The timings of the paper will be 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for both the papers can appear for both. Both the exams will consist of objective type questions. The score of the exam will remain valid for 5 years i.e. candidates can apply for government teaching jobs on the basis of UPTET score for five years.

UPTET 2018 Application Fee

The category-wise application fee for UPTET 2018 examination is listed below:

• General/OBC category candidates – ₹ 500/-
• SC/ST category candidates – ₹ 300/-
• PH category candidates – NIL (exempted from application fee payment)

The application fee can be paid through both online (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card) and offline (Bank Challan) mode of payment.

UPTET exam is conducted for recruiting teachers at Primary School level and Upper Primary School level in the state. Details related to eligibility, application process etc. can be check once the official notification is out.
