On Tuesday (05^th November 2019), the Indian Navy has invited online applications from unmarried male candidates to join the Artificer Apprentice (AA) & Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) for August 2020 batch. The application process for the same will begin from 8^th November 2019 and will end on 18^th November 2019.

Indian Navy AA & SSR Notification 2020 -

As per the official updates, the Indian Navy AA & SSR August 2020 batch course will be commencing from August 2020. This year a total of 500 vacancies are published for AA post, whereas, 2200 for SSR post. The Indian Navy AA & SSR August 2020 application form will be made available from 8^th November 2019 to 18^th November 2019.

• Register yourself first at www.joinindiannavy.gov.in by using your valid mobile number or email address.
• Now, explore “Current Opportunities” section and tap on the “Apply Now” button.
• Fill your application form and attach all the supporting documents.
• Click on the “Submit” tab and pay the requested application fee for submitting applications.

Note: Candidates need to pay an amount of ₹ 215 as an application fee.

Indian Navy AA & SSR 2020 Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate for Indian Navy AA & SSR August 2020 recruitment process, candidates need to fulfill the basic eligibility norms, as under:

• For SSR post: A candidate must be passed +2 level of examination with Physics & Maths and at least one of these subjects – Biology/Chemistry/ Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by the MHRD, Govt. of India.
• For AA post: One should qualify in 10+2 level of examination with 60% or more marks in aggregate with Maths & Physics and one of these subjects: Biology/Chemistry/Computer Science from the Boards of School Education recognized by MHRD, Govt. of India.
• Age Limit: An applicant should be born in between 1 August 2000 to 31^st July 2003.
