Final Answer Key for GATE 2018 Released: Check out the Steps to Download
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT-G) has released the final answer key for GATE 2018 exam. Candidates can check out complete details here.
14 March 2018: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, the organizing authority of the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2018, has released the GATE 2018 final answer key. Candidates can check the same at the official website; http://gate.iitg.ac.in/.

How to check the final answer key?
- Go to the official website.
- Click on the link for Final Answer Key under ‘Important Notice’ section.
- Click on ‘Answer Key’ in front of the subject for which you want to check the answers.
- Answer key will be displayed on the screen.
- You can take a printout of the answer key.
The official answer for the GATE 2018 exam was released on 19 February. After this, the answer key challenge process was carried on from 21 to 23 February where the candidates can submit their objections against the official answer key. After considering students’ challenge, the final answer key is released. The result will be prepared on the basis of final answer key and no challenge is considered against the final answer key.
After the release of GATE final answer key, the result will be declared on 17 March. Candidates can download their GATE score card from the GOAPS portal from 20th March 2018. The GATE score remains valid for three years from the date of result declaration.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an examination jointly administered by the IISc Bangalore and seven zonal IITs for students seeking admission in Master’s and Doctoral programs in Engineering/Architecture/Technology. The score of the GATE exam is also considered for recruitment in major PSUs.
