Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly established in 1975 as an affiliating University offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in various streams such as Science, Commerce, Arts, Education, etc. Admission to most of the courses is done on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination. MJPRU Exam 2020 Pattern & Syllabus

MJPRU entrance exam is conducted through pen-and-paper based mode. Here is the exam pattern for all the courses covered under the entrance exam:

B.Sc Nursing

Exam Pattern

B.Sc. Nursing is a 4 years course and admission to the course will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance exam. The entrance exam will comprise of 100 Multiple Choice Questions from Chemistry, Physics, Biology, English, and General Knowledge sections (20 questions in each section). 1 mark will be awarded for every correct response. There is no provision for negative marking. The test will be of two hours duration.

  • General Knowledge
  • Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English of the class 12th level.

B.El.Ed.

Exam Pattern

B.El.Ed. is a 4 years course. The entrance test for the exam consists of 150 Multiple Choice Questions in both Hindi and English languages. Questions will be based on General Knowledge and Current Affairs, Teaching Aptitude, and Subject Competence. 1 mark will be given for the correct answer and no mark will be deducted for an incorrect one. Test duration will be two hours.

  • Teaching Aptitude, General Knowledge and Current Affairs, and subject competence (as per Higher Secondary Level)

B.P.Ed.

Exam Pattern

100 Multiple Choice Questions are to be attempted in 1-hour duration. 1 mark will be allotted for every right response. The questions will be of Multiple Choice Type. Tests of sports proficiency and physical fitness will also be conducted after the entrance test. Each test will be of 50 marks each.

Syllabus

  • Current Affairs, General Knowledge, Basic Health Education, Fundamentals of Physical Education, Knowledge of Games Rules, Basic Anatomy and Physiology, Sports Psychology and Sociology, and History of Sports.

LLM

Exam Pattern

200 Objective Type questions will be asked. Each question will be of 4 marks. There will be negative marking of 1 mark for each wrong answer.

Syllabus

  • Jurisprudence, Law of Torts & Crimes, Law of Contract, Constitutional Law, International Law, and Present Day (Law).

M.Sc.

Exam Pattern

M.Sc. Entrance Test will be conducted for different subjects such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Industrial Chemistry, and Environmental Science. 100 Multiple Choice Questions are to be attempted in 2 hours duration.

Syllabus

  • Candidates have to follow the syllabus of B.Sc. course (as per the Rohilkhand University) for the subject preferred for M.Sc. course. Check out complete details at the official website.

M.Ed.

Exam Pattern

200 Multiple Choice Questions will be asked in the entrance exam. 4 marks will be awarded to every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for the incorrect response.

  • General knowledge, Current Affairs, Teaching Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Philosophical, Educational Technology, Emerging Problems of Indian Education System, and Psychological and Sociological Foundations of Education.

M.Phil. History

50 questions of Multiple Choice Type are to be attempted in 1-hour duration. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answer.

The entrance test will be of 1-hour duration where candidates are to attempt 50 Multiple Choice Questions. No negative marking system.

Passed 10+2 (PCB) examination with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). Students appearing in 10+2 can also apply subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria at the time of counselling.

B.El.Ed. (4 years)

Passed higher secondary examination (10+2) with minimum 50% marks. Candidates appearing the qualifying exam can also apply for admission subject to attaining the eligibility at the time of counselling

MJPRU Exam 2020 Application Process

Candidates can apply for the MJPRU entrance exam 2020 from the first week of March 2020 and the application process will continue till April 2020. Candidates are advised to apply within the specified time only through the official website. The dates for the application process will be different for different courses.   • Visit the official website of the university - www.mjpru.ac.in. You can also visit the www.mjpruonline.ac.in for online registration.
  • Click on ‘Online Admission 2020-2021’ link.
  • Click on the relevant tab for UG or PG registration.
  • Complete the form by providing details such as the candidate’s name, parent’s name, DOB, Gender, Category, Domicile, Education Qualification details, Aadhar number, email id, etc.
  • Upload the required documents such as Photograph and Signature. You can save the information and log-in again to complete the form or continue with fee payment. Keep the registration number and password safe for completing the form.
  • After successful payment of application fee, take a print out of the registration form.

MJPRU Entrance Exam 2020 Admit Card

MJPRU exam 2020 admit card will be uploaded on the official website two weeks before the entrance exam. Candidates who have applied for the exam can download the same using their log-in credentials. Please note that no admit card will be sent to any individual through post under any circumstances.

MJPRU 2020 Admission Counselling

After the result declaration, the counselling session will be held. Information related to counselling will be uploaded on the official website one week before the counselling.
