BPSC Pre Exam Syllabus 2019

In order to have excellent preparation for the BPSC Pre Exam, it is important for candidates to familiarise themselves with the syllabus prescribed for this exam. It is mentioned below:

BPSC Pre Exam 2019 Eligibility

Before candidates apply for the BPSC Pre exam, they need to check whether or not they fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

Nationality

Candidates should be the citizens of India. In order to take the reservation benefits, they should be domicile residents of Bihar.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline from any recognized college or university.

Age limits

The minimum age limit is 22 years for all posts of BPSC except Bihar Police Service and District Commandant. For these posts, the minimum age limit is 20 years. The maximum age limit for male candidates is 37 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates and by 5 years for SC/ST candidates. For the general female candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years.

The mode of application process is online. Candidates need to consider the following tips for filling out their applications:

  • Click on the link ‘Fill Out BPSC Pre Application 2019’
  • On the application form, enter your name, father’s name, Email ID, Contact no, etc.
  • Click on the option ‘Submit’
  • Pay the application fee through Debit card/Credit card/net banking
  • Finally, take the print out of the application form

BPSC Pre Admit Card 2019

The BPSC Pre Admit Card will not be sent to candidates through post. They simply need to download it from the official website by following the tips mentioned below:

  • A page will appear on the screen
  • Fill out the required details – username, password and enter the captcha code
  • The new page will appear
  • Click on ‘Download Admit Card’

Note: Candidates are advised to keep their admit cards with great care till the declaration of the result. They have to carry it to the examination centre. Without it, they will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

As of now, no such date for the declaration of the BPSC Pre Result 2019 has been announced. Those, who qualify for this exam, will go for the next level of BPSC exam – Mains. After passing this exam, candidates will have to go for the interview round.
