AP Forest Department Recruitment 2019 Pattern & Syllabus

AP forest department recruits candidates for various posts through the following stages:

  • Written examination
  • Physical measurements

Written examination: It is the first phase of the selection procedure. It consists of total 3 papers – Essay writing, general knowledge, and Mathematics. The total marks of all the papers taken together are 220 and the total duration is 4 hours. Here is the distribution of marks and time duration:

Physical measurements: Candidates who qualify the first phase must fulfil the physical standards specified in the official notification.

Documents verification: Original document verification is done in this phase to ensure that the candidate meets the eligibility conditions related to education, age-limit, category, etc.

Medical exam and walking test: Medical and walking test is the last phase of the selection process which is conducted to ensure physical efficiency of the candidate. Male candidates are required to walk for 25 km in 4 hours and female candidates are required to walk 16 km in 4 hours.

  • Click on the ‘Sign-in’ option at the top right of the page.
  • Now enter all the details asked for.
  • Check the declaration dialogue box and proceed.
  • Username and password will be generated and sent to your registered email id.
  • Save the log-in details for future use.

AP Forest Department Recruitment Application

  • Go to the official website and log-in with your registered username and password.
  • Complete the application form, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee.
  • Check all the details carefully before final submission.
  • Take print-out of the confirmation form/filled-in application form for future reference.

Candidates belonging to the unreserved category are required to pay ₹ 300/- and reserved category candidates have to pay ₹ 150/- as application fee.

Admit Card
