AP Forest Department Jobs Exam Pattern 2022

AP forest department recruits candidates for various posts through the following stages:

1. Written examination
2. Physical measurements
3. Documents verification
4. Medical exam and walking test

Written Examination: It is the first phase of the selection procedure. It consists of total of 3 papers – Essay writing, general knowledge, and Mathematics. The total marks of all the papers taken together are 220 and the total duration is 4 hours. Here is the distribution of marks and time duration:

Physical measurements: Candidates who qualify for the first phase must fulfill the physical standards specified in the official notification.

Documents verification: Original document verification is done in this phase to ensure that the candidate meets the eligibility conditions related to education, age limit, category, etc.

Medical exam and walking test: Medical and walking test is the last phase of the selection process which is conducted to ensure the physical efficiency of the candidate. Male candidates are required to walk for 25 km in 4 hours and female candidates are required to walk 16 km in 4 hours.

For female aspirants

Height: not less than 150 cm
