Aadhar Card made Mandatory for NEET 2017 Exam

Examsplanner March 31, 2017:  The Central Board of Secondary Education has issued a notification that for the NEET 2017 Exam Aadhar Card will be mandatory. Candidates are required to give details of their Aadhar Card in order to fill the application form. If candidate fails to give these details his application would be rejected.

CBSE has issued this notification on the directions of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. The Ministry has decided to make Aadhar Card mandatory for every exam. The Aadhar details is required for the identity verification and authentication of the applicant.

While filling their application form candidate should give details about their Date of Birth, Address, Aadhar Number, Name, Gender etc. These Aadhar details should match with the record, otherwise candidate will not be able to fill the application form. In case Aadhar card details fail to match with the record, candidate should immediately apply for corrections in the Aadhar card.

Those candidates who do not possess the Aadhar Card should apply for it at the facilitation centre of the CBSE. The CBSE has set many facilitation centres for Aadhar card enrollment to aid candidates applying for the NEET 2017 Exam. Candidate can fill the Aadhar Registration number in the application form.

The NEET 2017 Exam is scheduled to be held on May 7, 2017. It is a national level exam for admission in MBBS and BDS exam.
