The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NET) is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) for admission to medical and dental courses. Indian Nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Non-Resident Indians (NRI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO), and Foreign Nationals can appear for the medical entrance exam. This year’s exam is scheduled to be conducted on 06 May 2018 (Sunday). Soon after the exam ends, NEET unofficial answer keys are released over the internet. CBSE NEET 2018 Answer key will be released on the official website. Candidates are provided with the opportunity to submit their objection against the answer key if they think the answer is not correct. Candidates are required to make payment of ₹ 1000/- per response challenged. If the challenge will be accepted, the correct answer will be updated with the final answer key. Candidate will not be intimated individually regarding the acceptance of the challenge.
After considering students’ challenge, final answer key will be released by the board. The NEET 2018 result will be declared as per the final answer key. The merit list will be prepared as per the directives of DGHS, MCI, and DCI. Central and State government can use the NEET result as per their rules for admission to various medical courses.
