The medical entrance exam (NEET 2020) will be now held on 13th September 2020. The online application process was performed from 2nd December 2019 and the last date for application submission was 06th January 2020. The exam is conducted for MBBS/ BDS admissions across the country.

Question 1: When can we download the admit cards and how?

You can download the NEET 2020 admit card from the 14 days prior of the exam, as the exam will be held on 13th September 2020.  The admit cards can be download through the official website - ntaneet.nic.in using login credentials.


Question 2: When will be the NEET 2020 result announced?

The NEET 2020 result is probably to announce on fourth week of September 2020.


Question 3: When will the NEET 2020 Exam be conducted?

The exam will be held on 13th September 2020 earlier it was 26th July 2020, but due to safety concerns HRD ministry postponed it once again.


Question 4: When will the application form be available for the NEET Exam 2020?

Students can avail the application form from 2nd December 2019 to 06th January 2020 for NEET 2020 exam.


Question 5: What is the application fee for the exam?

The application fee for the general and OBC candidates is INR 1400/-. For the SC/ST/PH candidates, it is INR 750/-.


Question 6: What should be the educational qualification for the exam?

A candidate should have done the 12th with the combination of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Biotechnology from any recognised University or board.


Question 7: What should be the minimum aggregate marks to become eligible for the exam?

A general category candidate should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in class 12th. Those candidates belonging to reserved category SC/ST/OBC should have scored at least 40% aggregate marks and the PH category candidates of the general class are required to score 45% aggregate marks.


Question 8: What is the mode of NEET Exam 2020?

NEET 2020 will be conducted in the Pen-and-Paper based mode.


Question 9: What are the total marks of the exam?

The exam is conducted for a total of 720 marks.


Question 10: How many questions are there in the NEET Exam 2020?

There are 180 questions in the exam.


Question 11: If there will be a revision of the exam syllabus for NEET Exam 2020?

As of now, there is no update on syllabus revision. So, the syllabus for the exam will remain the same. It is revised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).
