PC Software and Office Automation: Electronic Data Interchange, Graphic User Interface, Graphics, Office System and Procedure, Storage, Electronic Capture and the need for office automation.
Database Management System: Basic Concepts of Database, Popular Database Management System- FoxPro and Oracle with SQL, Relational Data Model, Database Concepts, File Management System, Data organization, etc.
Computer Networks: Network topology, Types of networks, WAN, MAN, LAN, Risk assessment, security measures and security issues.
