Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) conducts the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination every year. The examination is conducted for admission to Engineering, Veterinary Science, Agriculture Science, Fisheries Science, and other courses offered by the colleges in Tripura state. Candidates seeking admission to Engineering/ Technology courses (Group A) have to appear for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics papers while those seeking admission in Agriculture/ Veterinary/ Fisheries/ Paramedical and other courses (Group B) are required to appear for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology papers. Tripura JEE 2021 Exam Pattern

The TJEE 2021 exam is conducted through offline (OMR-based) mode. The exam comprises Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). 50 questions carrying 2 marks each will be asked in each paper as per the group selected by the candidates.

TJEE Exam 2021 Eligibility

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for the TJEE 2021 exam. Check out the detailed eligibility criteria in the official notification.

Citizenship - Candidates must be an Indian National and permanent resident of Tripura. The candidate or his/her parents must be residing in Tripura for at least 10 continuous years.

The following candidates are also eligible for the exam:

  • Children of central or state government employees.
  • Children of state government employees who are posted outside Tripura.
  • Children of All India Services Officers born in Manipur - Tripura.

Education Qualification - Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination.

TJEE Exam 2021 Application Process

The application process for the TJEE 2021 exam started on 5th April 2021 and continued till 30th April 2021. Candidates must fill the application form till the last date of submission. Here are the steps to apply for the TJEE 2021 exam.

Registration

  • Visit the official website - http://tbjee.nic.in and click on the link for TJEE 2021 application.
  • Enter a valid email ID and mobile number to complete the registration.
  • After successful registration, login.
  • On login, you will receive a user reference ID. Keep it safe. It is necessary for all future communications.

Complete the Profile

Complete the profile by uploading the scanned images of your photograph, signature, BPL certificate (if applicable), and caste certificate (if applicable). The scanned images must meet the prescribed specifications.

Complete the Application Form -

After completing the profile, complete the application form by providing details related to qualification, residence, group choice, exam centre choice, etc.

Verify all the details carefully and finalize the application form. Please note that no changes will be allowed in the application form details after finalizing the form.

Make fee payment

After the final submission, candidates are required to make the application fee payment. The fee can be paid using a Debit/ Credit card or internet banking. The application fee details are as under:

Print Acknowledgment

TJEE 2021 Admit Card

The TJEE 2021 admit card will be released online at the official website in June 2021. Candidates can download their admit card using the user ID and password created at the time of registration. The last date of downloading the admit card will be the exam date. The date and timing of the exam and the address of the examination venue is mentioned on the admit card. Admit card is a mandatory document for appearing in the examination.

Important Instructions related to TJEE 2021 Admit Card

  • Put a passport size photograph on the admit card.
  • Candidates are required to sign across the photograph using an ink pen.
  • Please provide the signature in the space provided.
  • The registration number on the admit card will be filled by the exam conducting authority.
  • Each one needs to carry TJEE admit card to the examination centre as it is required during exam time.

TJEE 2021 Answer Key

The answer key for the TJEE 2021 exam will be uploaded online at the official website. The provisional answer key will be released after the completion of the exam, while the final answer key will be released tentatively in the third week of July 2021. The final answer key will be released after considering candidates’ challenges against the provisional answer key.

TJEE 2021 Result, Scorecard & Merit List

The TJEE 2021 result is likely to be out in the third week of July 2021. Candidates are required to enter their roll number and date of birth for checking their result. The result is released in the form of scorecards and a merit list.

TJEE Counselling 2021

The TJEE 2021 counselling will be conducted in July/ August 2021. The counselling process is conducted offline. Only those candidates who have qualified for the written examination are eligible to take part in the counselling process. Candidates are required to report at the counselling venue along with all the required documents.
