SSC CHSL 2017 Tier-II Result Declared - Skill Test and Document Verification Soon
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the result for the Combined High Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier-II exam on 10th May 2019. All the candidates who have appeared for the CHSL 2017 Tier-II examination can check their result at the official SSC website - https://ssc.nic.in/. The marks of the candidates will be uploaded at the official website shortly. Only those who have qualified the Tier-I exam were eligible for appearing in the Tier-II exam. The result for the CHSL Tier-II exam was declared on 15th June 2018.
The CHSL Tier-II 2017 (Descriptive Paper) was conducted on 15th July 2018 for the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC) / Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), and Postal Assitant (PA)/Sorting Assistant (SA).
Steps to access the SSC CHSL 2017 Tier-II Result
- Visit the official website of SSC - https://ssc.nic.in/.
- Click on the ‘Result’ tab at the top of the home-page.
- Select the ‘CHSL’ tab.
- Separate result list for different posts viz. DEO, LDC/JSA, and PA/SA will appear on the screen.
- Click on the PDF links under the ‘Result’ section.
- The list of qualified candidates with their name and roll number will appear on the screen.
- Find your name and roll number in the list.
SSC CHSL 2017 - Tentative Vacancy Details
The Commission has also released the tentative vacancy for CHSL 2017 exam on 10th May along with the result. The recruitment process is being conducted for a total of 5895 vacancies in different government departments. Check out the department-wise and category-wise vacancy details.

Document Verification
The document verification will be done along with the skill test. Candidates also need to submit the details of their preferred posts and departments at the time of Document Verification. The schedule for data entry skill test/typing test will be available at the official websites of Commission’s regional offices.
A total of 1427 candidates have qualified for the Skill Test for DEO post in C&AG, 299 candidates have qualified for the Data Entry Skill Test for DEO posts in departments other that C&AG and a total of 33967 candidates have qualified for the typing test for Lower Division Clerk (LDC)/Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA) and Postal Assistant (PA)/ Sorting Assistant (SA).
