RRC Central Railway Group D Recruitment 2018 - List of Shortlisted Candidates for Document Verification

The Railway Recruitment Cell has released the list of the shortlisted candidates for the Document Verification process for the RRB Group D 2018 recruitment for Central Railway. A total of 4663 candidates have been selected for the DV process. Here is how you can check the list:

Steps to access the List of Qualified Candidates for RRB Group D 2018 DV process

• Go to the official website.
• Click on the link ‘Click here to view the list of PET qualified candidates called for Document Verification’
• The PDF file will open containing the roll number and registration number of qualified candidates.
• You can find your roll number in the list.

As per the official notice, “ In order to avoid a shortfall in the final panel due to absenteeism, rejection or debarment etc., 5% candidates are being called over and above the actual number of notified vacancies. Hence, candidates may please note that merely being called for document verification and medical examination does not confer any right on them for appointment in Railways.”

Call Letters/Admit Cards for the Document Verification Process

The link for downloading the call letters for the DV process is active on the official website. Candidates will be able to access the link at the official website. Call letters can be downloaded using the log-in credentials. Here are the steps:

• Go to the official website.
• Click on ‘Click here to download Call Letter for Document Verification’ link.
• Enter your registration number, DoB, and captcha to access the admit card.
• Download and take a print of the admit card.

Schedule for Document Verification

The document verification will commence from 23rd April 2019. The venue for the process will be:

Railway Recruitment Cell, Chief Project Manager (Conversion) Office Building, P.D’Mello Road, Wadibunder, Mumbai - 400010.

Documents Required for the Document Verification Process

Candidates are required to carry the following certificates in original along with two sets of photocopies (duly attested) for the document verification process:

• Call letter of DV process
• Five identical passport size photographs (same as uploaded at the time of application)
• Mark sheets /certificates of educational qualification (from 10th onwards)
• DOB certificate
• Caste/category certificate (if applicable)
• Lower half portion of Admit card of the written exam and PET
• NOC (in case of a government employee)
• Discharge certificate, discharge book in case of Ex-Serviceman
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Certificate in support of the claim for fee relaxation
