The Life Insurance Corporation of India has postponed the preliminary exam dates for the Assistant Post. As per the recently released notification, the LIC Assistant Exam 2019 postponed due to some unconditional reasons. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held on 21st and 22nd October 2019, which has now been postponed to 30th to 31st October 2019. LIC Assistant Notification 2019 –
The official states that “The LIC Assistant exam for the preliminary stage has been decided to reschedule the dates of the examination for all the Divisions. As per now, the Preliminary Examination for the Divisions will be conducted on 30th and 31st October 2019. All other conditions and clauses of the complete recruitment process will remain unchanged”. To appear for the examination, aspirants are required to download the admit card by login to the official website.
LIC Assistant 2019 Admit Card Updates -
According to updates, the exam conducting body will release the LIC Assistant admit card 2019 from the official website from 15th to 22nd October 2019. The LIC Assistant Prelims Exam will be consists of 100 marks in total, where 100 questions will be asked from the subjects of Reasoning Ability, Numerical Ability, English or Hindi Language.

This year, the LIC has conducted the recruitment drive to fill up 7871 vacancies of Assistant Posts in Northern Zone, North Central Zone, East Central Zone, Eastern Zone, South Central Zone, Central Zone, Southern Zone, and Western Zone of India. Candidates who will qualify in prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the second stage of exam i.e. LIC Assistant Mains Exam which is likely to be held in December first week. The LIC Assistant main examination will be conducted online and there will objective test questions of 200 marks.
