The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will be releasing the admit cards for the recruiting post of Assistant Administrative Officers (AAO) Preliminary exam 2020 on the official website. The official recruitment notification was released on 25th February 2020 and the registration continued till 15th March 2020. The Preliminary exam has been postponed due to the Coronavirus outbreak. • Visit the official website - http://licindia.in of LIC AAO. You can download your admit card simply by click on the above-mentioned link.
• After this, go to the Careers section presented at the bottom side of the page.
• You will be prompted to the next page, where you need to click on the Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer 2020 link.
• Now, click on the AAO 2020 - Preliminary Examination Call Letter link to precede the process.
• Enter your Registration Number/ Roll Number and Password along with the security code.

LIC AAO 2020 Preliminary Exam Pattern

The preliminary exam will be conducted online comprising of 100 objective type questions from the following sections:

One mark will be awarded for each correct response. The marks of English language exam will not be considered for making the merit list. Those who qualify the Preliminary phase will be eligible for the Main phase exam.

The Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) will release the admit card for the main phase of the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) Exam 2020 separately. The admit card link will be activated online. Those who have applied for the post can download the admit card from the official website - www.licindia.in.

Steps for the LIC Hall Ticket download 2020 for the AAO Main Exam

Follow the steps provided here to download the admit card:

• Go to the - https://www.licindia.in.
• Scroll down and click on ‘Careers’ option in the footer area.
• Now, click on ‘Recruitment of Assistant Administrative Officer 2019’ link.
• Look for the link ‘Rect. of AAO - Online Main Exam Call Letter - Live Link’ and click it.
• Choose a language, enter your registration number and password, and click on the login button.
• Your AAO Admit Card will appear on the screen.
• Check all the details carefully and download the admit card.
• Take a clear print of the admit card and keep it safe as it is required for making entry to the examination hall.

Candidates need to carry the following to the examination centre:

• Admit card as issued by LIC India.
• Photo ID proof (in original). The ID proof can be a PAN card,  Driving License, Passport, Bank Passbook, Voter’s Card, ID card issued by a Gazetted Officer, Aadhaar Card, University/College ID, and Employee ID card. Please note that e-Aadhaar card and ration card will not be considered as valid ID proofs.
• Photocopy of the ID proof.

The final merit list will be prepared after the Interview phase. Candidates who qualify the Main exam are called for the interview round.
