DSSSB 2020: Application Process (Begins) for PGT, TGT, TET Vacancies

DSSSB 2020: Registration process begins for the recruitment of PGT, TGT, PET and other vacancies. Apply till 23rd February 2020.

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) on Saturday (25th January 2020) has activated the online application process link for the recruitment of PGT, TGT, PET, and other vacancies. The online applications for all the available vacancies will be accepted in between 25th January 2020 to 23rd February 2020. Candidates who are interested to fill the online DSSSB 2020 application form and find themselves eligible to the same are advised to apply for the said posts by visiting the official website at dsssbonline.nic.in. How to Participate in the DSSSB 2020 Application Process?

  • Open the official website URL of DSSSB, i.e. dsssbonline.nic.in
  • On the available home screen, click on the relevant link and start filling the application form.
  • Now, enter all the asked details and select the relevant post as per your education qualification.
  • Upload all the asked documents and submit the application form.
  • Take a print out of the filled application form and keep it safe for future reference.

DSSSB 2020 Application Process: Education Qualification Required

Find below the list of education qualification that is required for the available posts.

Physical Education Teacher (PET): Having a Bachelors degree in the relevant field.

PGT: Completed higher secondary, diploma/degree, PG, Ph.D/B.T/B.Ed.

Music Teacher: A candidate must have completed higher secondary and B.A degree with Music.

Domestic Science Teacher: Diploma or Degree with PG education.

TGT Special Education Teacher: Having a degree, B.Ed/ CTET.

Librarian: Must have a Diploma/ Degree (Relevant Disciplines)

DSSSB 2020: Mode of Selection

Candidates will have to appear for the DSSSB exam in two tiers – Tier I and Tier I. Once candidates have qualified both the tiers they will call to attend for the Skill Test at the authorized center of exam conducting body. The languages of both the exam follows a bilingual pattern (both English and Hindi), except for the Language papers which would be in the concerned language only.
