Relief! AILET 2018 Application Submission Date Extends until 14 April
With NLU (National Law University) extending the AILET 2018 application submission date till April 14, many law aspirants heave a sigh of relief.
New Delhi/09.04.2018: With NLU (National Law University) extending the AILET 2018 application submission date till April 14, many law aspirants heave a sigh of relief. The All India Law Entrance Test invites applications from the candidates for admission to 5-year B.A.LL.B (Hons), one-year LL.M. and PhD programmes of National Law University for the academic year 2018-19. Earlier, the last date for submission of online applications was April 7, 2018. The examination is scheduled to be conducted on May 6, 2018 (Sunday) from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.
The conducting body National Law University has previously released the AILET 2018 official notification on 26th September 2017.

AILET 2018 Eligibility Criteria:
To get enrolled in an integrated course in law from National Law College of DU, one must meet the following eligibility criteria.
- For B.A.LL.B Programmes: He must have secured minimum 50% marks in the 10+2 or equivalent exam. Those who are appearing for their 12th exams can take the test.
- For LL.M. Programmes: At least 55% marks in LL.B. or equivalent (50% for SC/ST/Candidates with Disabilities). Those who are appearing in the final year LL.B. exam in the year 2018 can also take the test.
- For PhD Programmes: He should have 55% marks in LL.M. Degree or equivalent exams. For people with disabilities or SC/ST, the minimum percentage is 50%.
AILET 2018 Application Fee:
General candidates are required to pay an amount of ₹ 3,050/-, while SC/ST/PD aspirants can pay ₹ 1,050/-. Such candidates are advised to produce the copies of necessary certificates.
AILET 2018 Admit Card:
The change in the date of online form submission has also brought some changes in the availability of admit cards. Previously, the admit card of All India Law Entrance Test was scheduled to be available online w.e.f. 14 April. It will be now available online w.e.f. April, 20.

The exam will be conducted at the following cities: Amritsar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Cochin, Delhi, Bangalore, Gandhinagar, Bhopal, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jammu, Kolkata, Cuttack, Lucknow, Mumbai, Raipur, Nagpur, Patna, and Varanasi.
