The MP PAT exam is conducted in offline mode. The exam is conducted in two shifts and is of 3 hours duration. There will be a total of 200 Objective Type Questions in the exam. The medium of the question paper will be English and Hindi. Here are the details of the number of questions:

MP PAT Exam 2021 Eligibility

Age Limit:

There is no maximum or minimum age limit for the exam.

Educational Qualification:

For B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering)

Passed class 12th or equivalent exam with Chemistry, Physics, and any one of subjects viz. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

For B.Sc. (Agriculture/ Horticulture)

Passed class 12th or equivalent exam with Chemistry, Physics, and any one of subjects viz. Forestry, Biology, Mathematics, or Agriculture.

For B.Sc. (Forestry)

Passed class 12th or equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

Note: Those who are will be appearing for the final year exam of class 12th are also eligible for the exam.

MP PAT Exam 2021 Application Process

The application process for the MP PAT 2021 will begin in the last week of May 2021. The application forms can be submitted through the official website. Candidates must read all the instructions carefully before applying for the exam. Make sure you meet the eligibility criteria. Submit the application form well before time to avoid the last-minute rush.

Steps to Fill the MP PAT 2021 Application Form

  • Visit the official website -
  • Look for the application link and click it.
  • Enter all the details carefully for registration.
  • You will receive a registration number and password. Use this to log-in and checking the status of your application. Keep the login credentials safe till the admission process gets over.
  • Now, again log-in using the registration number and password to complete the application form.
  • Provide all the details such as academic qualification, personal details, address, etc.
  • Upload the scanned images of your recent passport-size photograph and signature.
  • Make the application fee payment.
  • After successful fee payment, take a print of the confirmation page for future reference.

MP PAT 2021 Admit Card

MP PAT 2021 admit card will be released on the official website 10 days before the examination. Candidates can download the same using their registration ID and password. The admit card is available in two parts:

  • Part-I comprises examination name,  candidate’s name, roll number, exam centre address, reporting time, exam date, etc.
  • Part-II comprises identity marks on the body, photo ID card details, etc.

Candidates must download both parts of the admit card. Only one part of the admit card will be considered incomplete.

Take a clear print of the admit card and keep it safe till the admission process gets over. Carry the admit card along with a photo ID proof to the examination centre.

MP PAT Result 2021

Candidates can check the MP PAT result on the official website. The result will be tentatively released in the last week of July 2021. Please note that no result will be sent through the post. The scorecard can be checked using the registration ID and password. Total marks obtained, merit rank, and category rank will be mentioned on the scorecard.

MP PAT 2021 Counselling

Candidates who will qualify the exam are required to appear for the counselling process. The counselling process will be online and candidates can register at the official website. The process involves:

  • Filling the choices for preferred colleges and courses,
  • Locking the choices,
  • Seat allotment,
  • Reporting at the allotted college,
  • Document verification

The list of documents required at the time of counselling will be mentioned in the allotment letter. Candidates must report at the allotted college with all the documents (in original). Please note the date and timing mentioned in the allotment letter. If you are not able to report at the allotted college on the specified date and time, the candidature will be cancelled.
