DSAT 2022 Pattern & Syllabus
It is advised to check the eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the entrance exam. The conditions for different courses are different.
For B.Tech. Course
- Must have passed class 10th and 12th exam from a recognised board with at least 45% marks (40% for OBC/ SC/ ST categories). Candidates must have passed Mathematics and Physics as compulsory subjects with one of the Biology/ Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Technical Vocational courses.
- Those who will be appearing in the final examination in 2022 are also eligible for the entrance exam.
For B.Sc. Course
- Must have passed 10+2, A level, IB or equivalent exam from a recognised board with at least 45% marks and Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/ Biology as one of the mandatory subjects.
For BBA Course
- Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with at least 50% marks (45% marks for OBC/ SC/ ST categories).
For M.Tech. Course
- Must have passed B.Tech./ B.E. or equivalent degree programme from a recognised institute with at least 50% marks (45% marks for OBC/ SC/ ST categories).
- Those who will be appearing in the final examination in 2022 are also eligible for the application process.
For MBA Course
Must have a bachelor’s degree (any stream) from a recognised institute with at least 50% marks (45% marks for OBC/ ST/ ST categories).

For UG Courses
Physics: Laws of Motion, Kinematics, Optics, Current Electricity, Electromagnetic Waves, Thermodynamics, Gravity, Oscillation of Waves, Atoms, Magnetic Effect, and Properties of Bulk Matter.
Chemistry: State of Matter, Basics of Chemistry, Solution, Electrochemistry, Surface Chemistry, Chemistry Kinetics, Hydrogen, Redox Reaction, Equilibrium, Chemical Bonding, Polymers, Biomolecules, Classification of Elements

DSAT 2022 Application Process
The DSAT 2022 application form will be submitted only through the online mode. Candidates are advised to submit their filled-in application within the prescribed time limit. The exact dates for the application submission will be announced soon. Here is the detailed process for DSAT application submission.
- Visit the official website at www.dsu.edu.
- Click on the ‘Admissions’ option under the menu.
- Click on the option for DSAT Registration - 2022 on the admission home page.
- Enter the details such as name, email address, mobile number, country, state, program type, specialization for completing the registration process. Click the ‘Register Now’ option.
- Verify your mobile number and proceed to the form filling process.
- Now, complete the application form with other details viz. Educational qualification, address, and more.
- Upload the required documents with a scanned image of the passport size photograph. Make sure the documents are as per specifications.
- Category certificates are to be submitted only if the candidate belongs to a reserved category.
- After uploading the documents successfully, make the application fee payment.
- The application fee can be paid through any of the prescribed modes.
- Once the fee payment is successful, take a print of the filled-in application form and fee receipt.

DSAT 2022 Admit Card
- The DSAT 2022 admit cards will be uploaded online at the official website.
- Candidates can download the admit cards/ hall tickets by using their login credentials.
- The admit card is a mandatory document for appearing in the exam.
- Candidates must carry the document along with a valid photo ID proof to the exam center.
- It is advised to keep the admit card safe till the admission process is over.
DSAT 2022 Result & Merit List
- The result of the DSAT 2022 will be published on the official website.
- Candidates will be able to download their scorecards using the login details.
- Based on the scores obtained by the candidates, a merit list will be prepared for each course.
- Candidates will be called for the counselling process based on their ranks.
