MHT CET 2022 Application Process (Started): Follow The Steps

MHT CET Application Form 2022 has been issued by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, by 10th February 2022. Candidates who are interested and willing to participate in the MHT CET 2022 application process can apply for the same by exploring the official website of the MHT CET 2022 - mhtcet2022.mahaonline.gov.in. Candidates must note that, the last date to fill and submit application form of MHT CET 2022 is 15th April 2022 without the late fee. Applicants who will miss the deadline must fill the form with a late fee of ₹ 500 from 16th April to 11th May 2022.

Before participating in the MHT CET Application Process 2022, candidates should ensure that they fulfill the complete set of eligibility requirement of the exam. One of the basic MHT CET eligibility criteria is that applying candidates must have passed or appeared in the qualifying examination which is HSC/12th Standard examination or its equivalent examination.

Note: MHT CET 2022 will be conducted from 5th to 11th August 2022 and again from 12th to 20th August 2022 in three sessions per day. MHT CET result will be used to shortlist eligible candidates for admissions to 1, 27,537 seats of UG engineering courses at 342 institutes in Maharashtra.

MHT CET 2022 Application Process

For applying to MHT CET 2022, candidates need to pay an online fee test of ₹ 800 (without late fee) to fill the MHT CET 2022 application form. After deadline candidates will require to submit an additional late fee charge of ₹ 500 along with the mentioned registration fee. Follow Steps to Fill the MHT CET 2022 Application Form

The given steps have to be followed by candidates to successfully fill the online application form for MHT CET 2022:

Step 1: Complete MHT-CET 2022 Registration

Before filling out the online application form, candidates will be required to visit the official website and register themselves first.

  • After exploring the official website, one should need to click on the ‘Apply Online’ link, after which the registration page will open up on your computer screen, wherein you can fill out the online form.
  • After the completion of the registration, a username and password for MHT CET 2020 will be created that will help to download the admit card and check the results of the MHT CET exam in the future.

Step 2: Start Filling out the Application Form

  • Now candidates are required to fill out the online application form with the details like Father’s/Mother’s/Guardian’s name, Gender DOB, Contact Details Educational Details etc.
  • Once you fill in all the asked details in the relevant field, click on the “I Agree” button and then go ahead and tap the “Next” button to proceed further.

Step 3: Uploading Necessary Images

  • Now, click the link which says the “Upload Photo & Signature” option.
  • In the next step, prepare a scanned copy of the passport size photograph and signature in the specified. JPG format.

Step 4: Payment of MHT CET 2022 Application Fee

  • Once the above-mentioned steps have been completed, complete the payment by using Net-banking/Credit Card/Debit Card/Mobile wallets.

Note: The MHT CET 2022 application fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation Page

  • Once you have submitted the application fee, you are directed to the confirmation page, which you can see on your computer display.
  • Take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
