UP B.Ed JEE 2019 Exam Postponed, Exam Will Be Held on This Date

As per the new UP B.Ed JEE 2019 schedule, the state level Joint Entrance Examination for admission to Bachelor of Education courses in UP will be held on 15 April.

New Delhi/ 28.03.2019: Keeping in mind the schedule of the first phase of Lok Sabha elections 2019, Mahatma Jyotiba Rohilkhand University has postponed the UP B.Ed JEE 2019 exam, which was scheduled for the second week of April. The official organiser has issued a notification where it has mentioned that the university has taken this major step to avoid the clashes between the elections and the state entrance examinations. As per the new UP B.Ed JEE 2019 schedule, the state level JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) for admission to Bachelor of Education courses in UP will be held on 15 April.

Now, candidates appearing in the entrance exam will have to wait for 4 more days (earlier it was scheduled to be conducted on 11 April). The exam will be held in two shifts –

  • First Shift: 9 am to 12 noon
  • Second Shift: 2 pm to 5 pm

Exam Pattern of UP B.Ed 2019

Candidates appearing in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination must take note that the entrance examination will have two papers (Paper I and II). Each paper will carry 200 marks, which should be completed in 3 hours (duration).

Paper I will comprise general knowledge and language (English or Hindi), while Paper II will be conducted to test candidate’s subject knowledge and aptitude.

When Will UP B.Ed Result be Out

Candidates will be able to obtain the result tentatively on May 15. The result will be declared by the organiser, Mahatma Jyotiba Rohilkhand University on its official website. Those who give the test should not wait for the varsity to send them result by post.

Counselling

The online admission counselling for the various B.Ed courses will possibly be started from June 1.
