NEET PG 2018: MCC Withdrew First Counselling List Due to Technical Glitches
NEET PG 2018 first counselling list withdrawn by MCC. Keep a check for further updates.
29 March 2018: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has withdrawn the first counselling list for NEET PG as soon as it updated the same on the official website. The first counselling list was published as per the official schedule on 28 March 2018 afternoon. Soon after it was released, the MCC withdrew the list and published the following notification:
“Due to inadvertent/technical mistake. Result published today (afternoon) may be treated as null and void. Fresh result will be updated soon on the website. All the candidates are advised to be in touch with the mcc website !”
MCC has also extended the last date for reporting at the allotted college. The official notification reads;
“Last Date of Reporting has been extended to 5th April 2018.”
The online registration process for NEET PG counselling started from 14 March 2018 till 26 March 2018 (extended date; earlier the last date was 19 March.)

The decision of MCC to delay the first counselling result will result in inconvenience to students. Delay in counselling process will eventually lead to delay in the admission process.
NEET PG Counselling
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will be conducting the NEET PG counselling for 50% All India Quota seats and PG seats in the Central and Deemed Universities. The seats are allotted strictly on the basis of NEET PG 2018 merit list. The All India Quota Counselling (AIQ) was scheduled to end on 22 April 2018. After that the remaining seats are transferred to state quota for mop-up counselling rounds.
