NEET PG Counselling 2022 – Provisional Results Out for Mop-Up Round

After declaring the NEET PG Counselling 2020 second-round result, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has officially announced the provisional results for the mop-up round of the NEET PG 2022 counselling. Candidates can check the NEET PG 2020 mop-up round results at mcc.nic.in. How to Check NEET PG Mop-Up Round Provisional Result

  • Open the official website URL of the Medical Counselling Committee.
  • Click on the Allotment Letter Round 2 link to download the NEET PG Mop-Up Round Provisional Result.
  • Now, select the Stream, Round No, enter the roll number, date of birth and security pin in the link.

NEET PG 2022 Counselling

The Medical Counselling Committee has started the registration for the NEET PG 2020 counselling on 12th March 2020. The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has released the list of NRI candidates are were eligible for the Round 1 of counselling on the official website. Two rounds of NEET PG counselling and a mop-up round are conducted for admission to 50% All India Quota (AIQ) seats, Deemed/ Central Universities, ESIC, and AFMS institutes.

After the mop-up round of counselling, the vacant seats (if any) will be transferred to the State Quota seats. Counselling for the state quota seats will be done by the respective State Counselling authorities. After state quota counselling, a mop-up round counselling will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee for the vacant seats, if any.

Document Required at the time of Counselling

Candidates are required to carry the following documents at the time of NEET PG counselling for the verification process:

  • NEET PG 2020 Admit Card
  • NEET PG 2020 Rank Card
  • MBBS degree certificate
  • MBBS degree mark sheet
  • Class X mark sheet/ date of birth certificate
  • Internship completion certificate
  • Photo ID proof (Valid, authentic, and non-expired) (Driving Licence/ Passport/ PAN Card/ Voter ID/ Aadhaar Card)
  • Caste-certificate (if applicable)
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)

The candidates must be physically present at the allotted center. If the candidates fail to appear for the counselling process, the candidature will be cancelled.

About NEET PG Counselling

Every year, MCC conducts PG medical and dental counselling. The counselling will be conducted for the 50% All India Quota (AIQ) counselling for admission to MS, MD, and Diploma courses. Candidates who have qualified the NEET-PG exam conducted on 5th January 2020 are eligible to appear for the online counselling process. The NEET-PG result 2022 was released on 30th January 2020.
