HSSC JE 2019 Exam Admit Card Released - Download Procedure and Exam Pattern

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has uploaded the admit cards for the Junior Engineer (JE) written examination on 23rd August 2019. The examination is scheduled to be conducted o 31st August 2019 and 1st September 2019. The exam is being conducted for the recruitment of Junior Engineer in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. profiles. The date, time, and place of the examination will be mentioned on the admit card.

Steps to download the HSSC JE Admit Card 2019

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to download the admit card:

  • Visit the HSSC official website.
  • Click on the ‘LOGIN’ button. The login window will pop.
  • Enter your login ID and password to sign-in.
  • The HSSC JE admit card will appear on the screen.
  • Check the details and download the admit card.

If you find any discrepancies in the admit card details, contact the exam conducting authority immediately.

Candidates are required to appear for the HSSC JE examination as per the date, time, and venue mentioned on the admit card. No requests for changes in the exam venue will be entertained under any circumstances.

Written Examination

The written exam will comprise of two sections - the first one including Reasoning, Mathematics, Science, General Awareness, Computer, Hindi, English, and concerned subjects.

The second part comprising History, Literature, Civics, Geography, Environment, Culture, and Current Affairs of Haryana. 75% weightage will be given to the first section and 25% to the second section.

Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience

Marks will be awarded on the basis of various socio-economic criteria. Here are the details on marks distribution.

Family Employment

If neither the applicant nor his family member (father, mother, spouse, brother, son) is/was not employed in any department of Haryana Government or any other state government or Government of India.

Denotified Tribe

If the applicant belongs to the denotified tribe (Vimukt Jatis and Tapriwas Jatis) or Nomadic Tribe of the Haryana state which is not under SC/ST/OBC category.

5 marks

Widow/ Orphan

Widow

The first or second child and the father had died before attaining 42 years or before the applicant attaining 15 years of age.

5 marks

Experience

½ (0.5) marks for each year or part (exceeding six months) of experience out of a maximum 16 years in departments of Government of Haryana. No marks will be awarded for any period of fewer than six months.
