After verification of all the documents, the Institute will then dispatch study materials directly by post from its main stores.
How to Download e-Identity Card/ Registration Letter?
The registration letter or e-identity card can be downloaded from the authorised website of Institute of Company Secretaries of India after approval of applications. The following procedure can be taken into consideration to download the registration letter –
- Visit CS Foundation official website.
- Use the log-in credentials to access account
- Choose the ‘Student’ option
- Select ‘My Account’
- Under ‘Student’s Account’, choose ‘Others’ and download registration letter/ e-identity card
The Identity Card or Registration Letter should be attested by any of the underneath authorities. Ensure that the seal must carry the name, designation, professional membership No. and address.

ICSI CS Foundation June 2020 Admit Card –
The admit card for June 2020 Foundation programme will tentatively be issued in the month of June. It will be issued online at the authorised website of ICSI. The hall ticket will carry details such as the name of the candidate, exam date and timings, venue, etc. It is mandatory for the candidate to carry their examination admit card to the venue, as without the proper document, candidates will be not able to appear for exam.
ICSI CS Foundation 2020 Result –
The result of the Foundation course for the June session will tentatively be released in the month August 2019. It is important to remember the Registration Number. The result will be announced on the official website in the form of a merit list. It will carry the names of the qualified candidates. The merit list will contain the roll numbers, ranks, names, etc.

A: Twice – June and December.

A: The minimum eligibility for the Foundation exam is 10+2 pass.
Q: Can 10+2 appearing students take the exam?
A: Yes
Q: When will the Foundation exam be held?
A: The Institute has announced that the ICSI CS Foundation June 2020 exam will be held from 06th July 2020.
Q: When will the registration process begin for June exam 2020?
A: The registration is over now. Acceptance of applications for admission to foundation programme (for appearing in June 2020 examination) was 23rd April 2020. For December 2020 exam, the dates have not been announced yet.
Q: What is the ICSI CS Foundation programme duration?
A: The ICSI CS Foundation programme duration is 8 months. However, students can complete the course within a period of 3 years from the date of admission.
Q: How can students access the result?
A: The result will be declared online in the form of a merit list in PDF format. The Institute will not send hard copy of marksheet.
