UGC NET 2018 December Session Exam – Result Declared on the Official Website

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the result for the UGC NET 2018 December session on 5th January 2019. The result was scheduled to be released by 10th January. Higher Education Secretary of Government of India, R.Subrahmanyam, said, the UGC NET result has been released in record time. Candidates who have appeared for the test can check the result on the official website. The net answer key for the exam was released on 29th December 2019.

Steps to check the UGC NET Result 2018

  • Go to the official website - https://ntanet.nic.in/.
  • Click on ‘View Result – UGC NET December 2018’ button.
  • Enter your application number/roll number, date of birth, and security pin. ‘Submit’ the information for log-in.
  • Your scorecard/result will appear on the screen.
  • Download and take a printout.

UGC NET 2018 December Exam Figures

The UGC Net exam was conducted from 18th to 22nd December 2018 through computer-based mode for a total of 85 subjects. Here are the important figures related to the exam as published in the official notification:

“As per the UGC policy, 6% of those candidates who appear in both the papers and obtain minimum qualifying marks in aggregate of both the papers are declared NET qualified. The certificates to the qualified candidates will be issued by UGC. ”

UGC NET Merit List 2018

Separate category-wise and subject-wise merit list will be released soon. Candidates must keep a check on the official website for the UGC NET Merit List 2018.

About UGC NET 2018 Exam

UGC NET 2018 December session exam was the first exam conducted under NTA’s supervision. The exam was conducted across 235 cities in the country. NTA will now conduct the JEE Main, NEET, CMAT, and GPAT in 2019.

if some one got 40% in both the exams then he/she is qualified in NET exam or not as it is the minimum marks to be scored.
