NTA Announced UGC NET December 2019 and June 2020 Exam Dates Announced!
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released a notice at its official website for examination to be conducted from December 2019 to June 2020. The UGC NET December session exam 2019 is scheduled to be held fro 2nd to 6th December 2019. The exam dates for UGC NET June 2020 are also released, which are from 15th to 20th June 2020. Other exams for which the schedule is released are IIFT MBA, CSIR UGC NET, JEE Main, NEET UG, CMAT, GPAT, AIAPGET, NCHM JEE, ICAR AIEEA, IGNOU MBA, JNUET, and DUET.
The UGC NET exam is conducted for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship. The exam is being conducted by NTA from December 2018. Earlier, the exam was conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) until July 2018.

NTA has requested all the other exam conducting authorities to keep the schedule in mind while finalizing exam dates. Make sure the exam dates do not clash with these dates for students’ convenience.
Test Practice Centres
NTA has established various Test Practice Centres (TPCs) across the country for students to understand the exam pattern. Candidates can practice mock tests at the practice centres and get an idea about the Computer Based Test (CBT). Practice can be done on every Saturday/ Sunday from 1st September 2019 onwards. Experienced and qualified staff is available at the TCP to help the candidates with mock test practice.
