NTA Announces JEE Main, NEET Admit Card Updates Along With Exam Timings
The admit cards for the both the exam will be issued in July, at least 15 days before the commencement of exam, says NTA.
Days after announcing the revised dates for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) and Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main – the college admission exams for medical and engineering admissions, respectively, the National Testing Agency has disclose the important dates on which, the examination authority will release the admit cards for the same.
NTA Reveals Official Notification Regarding JEE Main, NEET Admit Card
In a recent notice, NTA states that the admit card of JEE Main and NEET 2020 will be issued 15 days prior of the respective exams. As we know, NEET will be held on 26th July from 2 pm to 5 pm across India, this implies that the NEET admit card is expected to be available from 11th July or the second week of July.
On the other hand, JEE Main 2020 will be held from 18th July to 23rd July 2020 in two shifts – morning and evening. The morning session will be performed from 9 am to noon and the afternoon shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. Going by the rules, the hall tickets of JEE Main is likely to be released in the first week of July.
How to Access NEET UG Admit Card 2020?
Once the admit card downloading link will be made available by the National Testing Agency, candidates need to pursue these steps:
- Navigate to the official website of NTA NEET.
- Click on the download NEET UG Admit Card 2020 link flashing on the homepage.
- Use your key-in credentials and complete the login procedure.
- Download the hall ticket and save it for exam day.
Note: Do not forget to take the photocopy of admit card at the examination centre on 26th July 2020.

For NEET exam, nearly 16 lakh students will be appearing for the entrance test scheduled to be held over 6,000 exam centres across the country. While for JEE Main, so far 9.21 lakh candidates had fill the form, however, after the re-application window, at least 10,000 applicants are expected to have applied for the exam.
The result for both the national-level entrance exams is likely to be announced within a month. Considering that the JEE Advanced will perform on 23rd August and only selected candidates from JEE Main are eligible to appear for Advanced.
