CBSE Declared Class XII Compartment Examination Result 2018 – Steps to Check
CBSE has declared the class XII compartment result 2018. Candidates who have appeared in the exam can check the result at cbseresults.nic.in.
08th August 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the result of class 12th board compartment examination. Candidates who appeared for the compartment examination can check their result at the official website of the board – cbseresults.nic.in. The registration process for the compartment exam started in the month of June and the examination was conducted from 16th to 24th July for all subjects. This year, the pass percentage increased by around 1 per cent, however, 8.3% (91,818) of students got a compartment. Here are the steps to check the class XII compartment result.
Steps to check the CBSE Class XII Compartment Exam Result 2018
- Go to the official website of CBSE Results - http://cbseresults.nic.in/.
- Click on the link “Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2018 - Compartment”
- You will be redirected to the result page.
- Enter your roll number, school number, and centre number as mentioned in the admit card. Click on ‘Submit’ button.
- Your result will appear.
- Download and save the result for future reference. You can also take a print out of the result.
Candidates who have failed in the compartment examination still have two more chances to clear the paper. CBSE provides three chances to students to clear the compartment exam. The first one is given in the July month of the examination year, the second in the March/April of the next year and third in the July month of that year.
Class X Compartment Result 2018
The board has not decided on the exact date for declaring the class X compartment result. However, the result will be released soon. Candidates who have appeared for the compartment examination should keep an eye on the official CBSE result website to check the updates. Last year, class X compartment result was released one week after the result of class XII compartment exam.
