Marking Scheme - For Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biology, 4 marks will be awarded for the correct response. For English, 2 marks will be awarded for every correct response.

LPUNEST Exam 2023 Eligibility

Nationality

Candidates must an Indian citizens.

Qualification

Candidates must have passed or appeared in class 12th from CBSE/ ICSE/ state boards or any other recognized board. Candidates must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in class 12th with Physics, Mathematics, and English.

Subjects considered for B.Tech. Biotechnology (BT), B.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering), B.Tech. (Food Technology)

Chemistry, Physics, English and either Biology, Math, or Biotechnology.

Subjects considered for B.Tech. Petroleum Engineering and B.Tech. Chemical Engineering

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

The LPUNEST applications can be completed in the following phases:

• Registration
• Application Fee Payment
• Completing the application form

Registration

• Visit the official website at https://nest.lpu.in.
• Click on the ‘Apply Now’ link at the top of the page.
• Select the ‘B.Tech.’ program.
• Enter your name, select gender, enter your email ID, and mobile number, select state, and click on the ‘APPLY NOW’ button.
• After successful registration, a registration ID will be generated and sent to the registered mobile number and email ID.

Application Fee Payment

After successful registration, candidates are required to pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid online using a credit card/ debit card/ internet banking. The application fee details are as under:

Completing the LPUNEST application form

After successfully paying the application fee, candidates must complete the application form by filling in the required details. Enter personal, academic, and contact information. Applications with incomplete information will be rejected.

Uploading scanned images

Upload the scanned images of your photograph, Aadhaar card/ Birth Certificate, and other important documents.

Submitting the application form

• Candidates must submit the completely filled-in application form before the last date of submission.
• Take a print of the filled application form for future reference.

LPUNEST Exam 2023 Other Details

LPUNEST 2023 Slot Booking

Candidates are provided with the option of booking the exam slots. In the slot booking process, candidates must select the exam center, timing, and date for the exam as per availability. The slot booking process will start on different dates for different schedules. The admit card will be issued only to those candidates who will book the exam slots successfully. The slots are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis.

LPUNEST Admit Card 2023

The LPUNEST 2023 admit card will be issued after booking the slots for the exam. The admit cards can be downloaded using the login ID and password. The LPUNEST hall ticket will contain information such as name, date and time, exam venue, course, and exam day instructions. Candidates must carry the admit card to the examination center to appear in the exam.

LPUNEST Result 2023

Lovely Professional University (LPU) will announce the LPUNEST 2023 result on the official website. Candidates can access their scorecards for the exam through their login ID and password. The ranks will be allotted on the basis of the marks secured by the candidates. Candidates are required to appear for the counselling process on the basis of their ranks. Here are the steps to check the result:

• Enter the ID and password.
• Download the scorecard.
• Take a print of the scorecards for future reference.

LPUNEST Counselling 2023

LPUNEST 2023 counselling process will be online. The counselling process will be conducted in three rounds. The seats are allotted based on the ranks secured by candidates, preferred course, and seat availability. After seat allotment, candidates must pay the initial fee of ₹ 10,000 for seat confirmation and download the allotment letter. Candidates must appear for the document verification process on the date specified on the allotment letter. After the document verification process, candidates must submit the remaining fee amount for admission.
