OJEE 2020 Application Process - Detailed Procedure for Application Form Filling

The application process for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is online and candidates can apply for the exam through the official website. It is advised to apply for the OJEE exam only through the official website. Based on the 2019 schedule, the OJEE 2020 application process will begin in the last week of January 2020 and the last date for applying for the exam is the first week of April 2020. OJEE 2020 Application Process

The OJEE 2020 application process comprises of:

  • Registration
  • Filling the Application Form
  • Uploading scanned images
  • Fee payment
  • Printout of the Confirmation page


  • Go to the official website - https://ojee.nic.in.
  • You will see different types of forms for different courses. There are 6 types of application forms for OJEE exam viz. A, B, C, D, E, and F.

OJEE Application Form Details

Form A - For B.Pharmacy and Integrated MBA courses.

Form B - Lateral Entry to Engineering and Pharmacy courses.

Form C - MCA/ MBA/ MCA (Lateral Entry)

Form D - PGAT (M.Tech. / M.Pharm / M.Arch. / M.Plan)

Form E - Combination of MBA and MCA/MBA and LE MCA/ MBA and PGAT courses.

Form F - Integrated MBA (5 years) course

  • Candidates are required to choose any one form as per the course they are interested in.
  • The steps for the application process will appear. Click on the ‘Apply’ button.
  • Enter the details asked for to complete the registration process.
  • The application number will appear on the screen.

Filling the Application Form

Log-in using the registration number and password.

Fill the personal details, courses applied for, educational details, etc.

Uploading Scanned Images

Upload scanned images of photograph, signature, and thumb impression. All the scanned images should be in JPEG format. The file size should be as follows:

Photograph - 5 KB to 99 KB; Dimensions - 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm

Signature - 5 KB to 50 KB; Dimensions - 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

Thumb Impression - 5 KB to 50 KB; Dimensions - 3.5 cm x 1.5 cm

Fee payment

After uploading the required documents, candidates must pay the application fee. The application fee can be paid through net banking/ debit card/ credit card or SBI e-challan. The application fee for B.Tech. is ₹ 1000/-.

Printout of the Confirmation Page

After successful payment of application fee, take a print of the confirmation page.
