UPSEE is a popular exam among the engineering aspirants in Uttar Pradesh. The exam is conducted every year for admission to different UG and PG level programmes offered by the universities and colleges in UP. Check out the frequently asked questions related to the exam.

Question 1: How to get the application form for the AKTU 2020 Exam?

The application form for the UPTU 2020 exam will be available online only at the official website.

Question 2: When will the AKTU 2020 exam be held?

As per the new released date the UPSEE 2020 entrance exam will be held on 20th September 2020. The exam will be performed amid security and keeping social distancing measures in check.

Question 3: When one can avail the application form of the UPSEE 2020 Exam?

Students will be able to access the online application form from 27th January till 31st May 2020.

Question 4: How many papers are there in the 2020 Exam?

There are 08 papers in the UPTU/AKTU exam.

Question 5: What is the mode of the UP Technical University Entrance Exam?

The Authority will conduct the exam in offline mode. All papers will be OMR based test. The papers will have objective type questions except Drawing Aptitude Test (Part B Paper 3).

Question 6: Is there any negative marking scheme in the exam?

There is no scheme of negative marking.

Question 7: What should be the educational qualification for the UPSEE exam?

The candidate should have passed (without grace) intermediate exam of U.P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent exam from any recognised board securing a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST). The eligibility criteria differ for different courses so check out the official information brochure for more details.

Question 8: Is there any age limit for the exam?

There is no upper age limit for the exam.

Question 9: How much is the application fee for the UPTU exam?

The application fee for the exam is INR 1,300/- for the General candidate and OBC. It is INR 650/- for the SC, ST, PWD and Female candidates.

Question 10: Is there a correction window in case candidates have to edit in the UPSEE 2020 application form?

Yes. The correction window will be accessible from 01st June to 03rd June 2020.
