  • The applicant should be an Indian citizenship holder.

Academic Background

  • An applicant must be a Graduate Degree holder in Law (Professional) with the minimum aggregate marks of 60%.
  • A candidate should hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in practising advocate. The experience would be preferred for all category scholars.

Students belong to the General, OBC and EWS category need to deposit ₹ 370 (Registration Fee- ₹ 299.20/- + Bank Charges (₹ 60/- + GST 10.80/-) for the application form. While SC, ST, PWD candidates are not required to submit an application fee. The application fee can be deposit at any State Bank of India Branch through the mode of Challan. Apprentices will be shortlisted on the basis of following aspects of the exams:

For Assistant Legal Adviser Post

  1. Eligible scholars have to appear on the CLAT 2019 exam for LLM in order to successfully apply for the ONGC Assistant Legal Adviser Recruitment.
  2. Qualifiers of the CLAT 2019 will call for the interview round.
  3. And finally, the students will be shortlisted on the basis of their obtainable scores at CLAT 2019 Exam for LLM, Education Qualifications (Including additional higher qualification i.e. PhD only), and Personal Interview round.
  4. Students have to complete each and every stage in order to successfully recruit as an Assistant Legal Adviser Post.

Note: If the total marks of the candidate are identical then the order of merit will be fixed on the basis of weightage of CLAT Score and if CLAT Score is matching than the one older in age is considered for the interview session.

For Human Resource Executive & Public Relations Officer Post

  1. Entitled students who are willing to join hands with the reputed organization need to crack the UGC-NET June 2019 which will commence in the month of June 2019.
