13th August 2018: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has conducted the first phase of Preliminary examination for IBPS RRB Officer Scale-I recruitment 2018 on 11th August. The examination was conducted in four time-slots – two each in morning and evening. The next two phases are scheduled to be held on 12th and 18th August (if required).  

IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Preliminary Exam Pattern

The exam consists of two sections:

  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Reasoning

A total of 80 questions are asked form both the topics which are to be answered in 45 minutes. Each question carries 1 mark. Here is the detailed break-up of IBPS RRB Officer Scale I Preliminary Exam:
