CBSE Class XII Result 2018 Released – Multiple Options to Check the Result

CBSE class XII result 2018 has been released on the official website on 26 May 2018.

26 May 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) 2018 result today in a press conference held in New Delhi. The examinations were conducted in the month of March and April.

How to check the Result?

The board has provided multiple options to check the result for students’ convenience. Here is how you can check the result:

Result on Internet

With technical support from the National Informatics Centre (NIC), Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Govt. of India, the board will be publishing the result on the following websites:

Students can visit any of the above-mentioned websites and can check the result using their school code and board roll number.

Result on Mobile through SMS

Send the message in the following format from your mobile number to check your class XII result:

cbse12 <roll no.> <school no.> <center no.> (write your roll number, school code and centre code)

on the mobile number 7738299899.’

Result through Mobile App

Students can check the result on UMANG mobile application. It is available for Android, Windows, and iOS platforms.

Result through IVRS (Interactive Voice Response System) facility of NIC

Students can also check the result through IVRS by calling at the following NIC telephone numbers:

  • For local subscribers in Delhi – 24300699
  • For subscribers in other parts of the country – 011-24300699

Result on Google and Microsoft Search Engines

Students can also access result through Google search engine.

CBSE class XII result 2018 will also be available through Microsoft search engine www.bing.com. You can also install ‘SMS Organizes App’ from the Play Store.

Class XII Digital Mark sheet

The DigiLocker service for providing class XII mark sheets was started in the year 2016. This year also, students will be able to access their mark sheets through the DigiLocker at https://digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent through SMS on students’ registered mobile numbers.

For Schools under Delhi Region

As per the official notice, “Schools under the Delhi Region are advised to collect the results from the office of the respective Zonal office of Deputy Director of Education after the declaration of the result by confirming a time with them.” The board has requested the public not to visit its office for class 12th result collection.
