07 February 2018: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the admit cards for class X and XII board examination 2018. Link to download the admit cards is available on the board’s official website.

The board examinations 2018 are scheduled to begin from 5 March for both Class X and XII.

How to Download Admit Cards for CBSE Class X and XII Board Examination 2018?

This option is available to CBSE affiliated schools. They can use their affiliation code as user id and school code as password. 

Here are the steps which can be followed to download the board examination admit cards:

  • Go to the official website; http://cbse.nic.in/
  • Under “Recent Announcements” section on the home page, click on the link “Online Admit Card/Centre material for Class X/XII – 2018 (School Login for Regular Candidates)
  • Now, click on “CLICK HERE TO PROCEED” button.
  • Enter your User ID, password and Security Pin (Captcha image provided in the red font). Click “Login”.
  • You can download admit cards, list of candidates and centre material for both class X and XII

How to Download Admit Card for CBSE Class X and XII Board Examination 2018 (Private Candidates)

Private candidates can use these steps to download their admit cards.

  • Go to the official website; http://cbse.nic.in/
  • Under “Recent Announcements” section, click on “Online Admit Card for Private Candidates for main Exam 2018 (Class X/XII)
  • Click on “Admit Card/Intimation Letter
  • Select your region and then any one of the “Application No.”, “Previous Roll no. and year” and “Candidate name”
  • Enter the details related to the option selected and click on “Proceed” button to access your admit card.
  • Download and take a print out.

Admit cards are mandatory for entry into the examination centre. The admit card contains details such as Exam centre, roll number, candidate’s name etc.
