Accreditation
To get a job after completing the MLT course, it is important that a candidate is registered or certified by the All India Association of Medical Lab practitioners. Or else the candidate is certified by the NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Science). This is an International body that approves MLT students and Institutes. Its certification carries more weight than other certifications. Thus, a candidate with NACLS certification is preferred more by the recruiting companies over others.
