JIPMER PG 2022 Exam Pattern

The JIPMER PG/ INI-CET exam will be conducted via online mode as a Computer Based Test (CBT). It will be a single session exam of 3 hours duration. The exam is common for all courses and comprises 200 MCQs.

Minimum Percentile Cut-Off

The minimum percentile cut-off for the INI-CET 2022 exam to become eligible for admission is:

• Unreserved (UR) seats - 50th Percentile
• OBC/ SC/ ST/ PwBD - 45th Percentile

JIPMER PG Exam 2022 Eligibility

Candidates must read the eligibility criteria for the INI CET exam carefully before applying for the exam. Here are the details about eligibility criteria:

Nationality

• Indian Nationals and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are eligible for the exam. Foreign Nationals candidates are required to send their application through the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
• All Foreign Nationals are required to take permission from the Medical Council of India before applying for the PG exam.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have an MBBS or equivalent degree from any institute recognised by the Medical Council of India. The minimum qualifying marks in the degree must be 55% aggregate marks for the General and OBC categories and 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST categories. For the OPH category candidates, marks as per the category they belong to will be applicable.

JIPMER PG Exam 2022 Application Process

The application process for the INI-CET 2022 July session exam started on 31st January 2022. The application process will be online and candidates can submit the application forms only through the official website. Applications are not accepted through any other mode. The last date to submit the application form is 7th March 2022.

Steps to Fill the JIPMER PG 2022 Application Form

Follow the steps to fill out the application form:

• Go to the official website - https://www.aiimsexams.ac.in/.
• Click on the registration link.
• Start the registration process and provide details such as name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number.
• Click on the ‘Register’ button to submit the details.
• User ID and password will be sent to your email ID after a successful registration.
• Upload the scanned images of your photograph and signature.
• Generate the Registration Unique Code.
• Now, log in using your ID and password to complete the remaining application form. Provide details about the category, state, nationality, gender, Parent’s name, etc.
• Enter educational qualification, present and permanent address.
• Mention the ID proof number.
• Make the application fee payment to complete the application process.

Application Fee

The application fee must be paid using a net banking/ credit card/ debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted for fee payment. Category-wise distribution of application fees is as under:

JIPMER PG Exam Admit Card 2022

• INI CET 2022 admit card can be downloaded via the official website as per the schedule.
• The January session admit card was released on 8th November 2021 and the July session admit cards will be released on 29th April 2022.
• Candidates can download the admit card using their registration ID and password.
• The admit card/ hall ticket will contain the name of the candidate, date of birth, photo, signature, roll number, exam date, timings, etc.
• No candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination without an admit card. Keep the admit card safe till the admission process gets over.

JIPMER PG Result 2022

• INI CET 2022 result for the July 2022 session was announced on 14th May 2022.
• Candidates can check their results using their registration number and password.
• Qualified candidates will be eligible to take part in the counselling process.

INI-CET Counselling 2022

• The list of candidates who qualify for the counselling process is released along with the result.
• Candidates are required to appear for the counselling process in order to get admission.
• The counselling process started on 24th June 2022 for the July 2022 session.
• The registration for the counselling process will be done online.
• The counselling process is conducted in four rounds.
• Candidates are required to opt for their preferred discipline.
• Candidates are required to report to the college at the given date and time along with the required documents.
