The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has published the official notification for the Common Written Examination for recruitment of clerks in participating banks.

06 September 2017: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has announced the official notification for IBPS CWE Clerks VII on its official website www.ibps.in.

The exam will be conducted in two phases; Preliminary and Mains. The Preliminary exam is scheduled to be held in the month of December 2017 and the Main is scheduled to be held in the month of January 2018. The last date to apply for the exam is 3 October 2017.

IBPS CWE Clerks Exam Pattern

As mentioned above, the exam is consists of two phases viz. Preliminary and Mains.

Preliminary Exam: The exam consist of total 100 questions covering English language, reasoning and numerical ability. The duration of the exam is one hour.

Main Exam: Total number of questions in main exam is 190 based on English, reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general and financial awareness, and computer knowledge. The duration of the exam is 160 minutes.
