Admit Cards for RRB ALP & Technician Exam 2018 - CBT 1, CBT 2, and CBT 3

9th May 2019: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the admit card for the third stage Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBT) for the Assistant Loco Pilot recruitment. Candidates who have qualified the stage 2 CBT can download their admit card form the official websites of RRBs.

Steps to download the RRB ALP CBT 3 Admit Card

• Go to the official website of RRB through which you have applied for the exam.
• Click o the link for downloading the e-call letter and travel pass for the Aptitude test.
• Enter your user ID and password.
• The e-call letter/admit card will appear on the screen.
• Download it and take a print of the same.

CBAT Mock Test

The mock test link for the computer based aptitude test is also active. Candidates can access the mock test using their login ID and password. Practicing the mock test will give a better idea of the CBAT exam pattern.

RRB ALP 2018 CBT 2 Admit Card

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) had released the admit card for the rescheduled CBT-2 exam on 5th February. The rescheduled exam for RRB ALP & Technician posts was conducted on 8th February 2019. Candidates who had qualified the CBT-1 exam were eligible to appear for CBT-2.

The official notification reads, “The 2^nd Stage CBT for ALP & Technician Posts against CEN 01/2018 was conducted on 21.01.19, 22.01.19 & 23.01.19. However, for a certain number of candidates, the CBT could not start/complete on these dates at some of the venues on account of technical reasons. Accordingly, for such candidates the 2^nd Stage CBT is rescheduled on 08.02.2019.”

These candidates were informed through their registered E-mail ID and Mobile Number about the rescheduling of the exam.

Steps to Download the RRB ALP & Technician Admit Card for Rescheduled CBT

The link to check the admit card was active till 8th February 2019 (13 hours). Follow the steps to download the e-call letter:

• Go to the official website of the RRB through which you have applied for the exam.
• Under the CEN No. 01/2018 for Assistant Loco Pilot & Technicians section, click on the link to check the 2^nd stage CBT e-call letter.
• Submit the details asked for to log-in.
• The e-call letter will appear on the screen.
• Download and take a print out of the same.

RRB ALP & Technician CBT-1 Admit Card

The Railway Recruitment Board has released the admit cards for RRB Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician/RRB Group C exam on 5th August 2018. The assistant loco pilot/technician CBT-1 exam 2018 was conducted from 9th to 31st August 2018.

For RRB ALP and RRB technician around 26,502 posts have been released and it is expected to rise up to 60,000, which means candidates will have the excellent opportunity to get a hike in their career pursuits.

RRB ALP Technician 2018 – Vacancy Details

The job role of Assistant Loco pilot /driver/ technician is to help the senior pilot in signalling lights, repair, or maintenance of the locomotives to increase their efficiency. The officials have released total 26, 502 posts for the ALP-Assistant Loco Pilot and Technician Grade-III. The posts are expected to rise up to 60,000 over the time since the job profile is very demanding.

• There are 26,502 posts in total (17,673 for the ALP and 8,829 for the technicians)

Important Note for the SC/ST /Scribe Candidates

• The students who belong to the SC/ST quota need to carry their original caste documents/ certificates to the ALP /Technician 2018 exam.
• The students who have a muscular disability, single hand or slow writing speed have to opt for the scribe option. While downloading the admit card, they will receive a scribe letter along with the admit card which they need to carry to their respective examination centre.
