How to Fill the UGC NET 2020 June Session Online Application Form?
The online application form filling process for the National Eligibility Test (NET) has started from 16th March 2020. The exam is conducted for determining the eligibility of post-graduate students for the post of Assistant Professor and for the award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in Indian Universities and colleges. Pre-Requisites for UGC NET Online Application Process
Before applying for the exam, candidates must possess the following:
- Scanned image of passport size photograph in JPG format. The size of the scanned image should be between 4KB to 40KB while the dimensions should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
- Scanned image of signature in JPG format. The size of the scanned image should be between 4KB to 30KB and the dimension of the signature should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height).

How to apply for UGC NET 2020?
The UGC NET application form can be filled in 4 steps:

STEP 1: Fill the Application Form
- Aspirants for UGC NET (July 2020 session) must apply online only through the official website.
- When you are at the home page of the official website; click on the link for filling the online application form - “Fill Application Form UGC-NET JUNE 2020”.
- You will be redirected to the Login page. Click on the “NEW REGISTRATION” button under the “NEW CANDIDATE REGISTRATION” section.
- Go through the important instructions carefully. You can also download the information bulletin from the link provided at the top and read it.
- Scroll down and tick the check-box to verify that you have read and understood the information.
- Click on “Proceed to Apply Online” button.
- A form will appear asking you to fill examination related details, personal information, mailing address, educational qualification, choose a password and enter the security pin.
- Click on “Next” button when you complete the form. A message will appear on the screen asking you to review the information carefully. If you need to make any changes, click “Back” else click “Submit”.
- Scroll down the page and at the end you will see an option to enter verification code. The code will be sent to your registered mobile number (provided earlier); check it and enter in the space provided.
- Click on “Final Submit”
STEP 2: Upload Scanned Photo & Signature
- A success message will appear on the screen displaying our application number and specifications of scanned images of photograph and signature.
- Click on “Upload Scanned Images” button to upload photograph and signature. Make sure you upload the images in their respective spaces.
- Click on “Preview” to see the scanned images. Tick the check-box if images are OK.
- Click on “Final Upload”
STEP 3: Pay the Examination Fee
- After this, step III of the application process will appear. You will be intimated about the examination fee as per your category. Click on “Pay Examination Fee” button.
- Different modes of payment will appear; select anyone and follow the steps to pay the fee.
STEP 4: Print Confirmation Page
- Once the application fee is successfully submitted, a page will appear showing the STATUS of your form. Click on the “Print Confirmation Page” button to take the print of your form.
