GUJCET 2022 Application Process - Important Documents

Candidates must keep the following documents ready in order to fill out the application form quickly.

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Email Id
  • Mobile number
  • Scanned image of photograph and signature (JPG/JPEG format, size - 5KB to 50 KB, Dimensions - 120 x 120 pixels)
  • Class X and XII mark sheets for filling in details

GUJCET 2022 Application Fee

Along with the application process, some changes were also made in the mode of payment of the application fee. Now, the application fee can also be paid through online mode using internet banking, debit card, or credit card. The fee can also be paid using the SBI e-challan mode through Demand Draft. The application fee details are:

  • For General/ OBC/ ST/ ST - ₹ 300/-
  • For General/ OBC/ ST/ ST (late fee) - ₹ 1000/-

Steps for Filling the GUJCET 2022 Application Form

The GUJCET application process is divided into the following phases:

  1. Registration
  2. Fee Payment
  3. Filling the Application Form
  4. Uploading Scanned Documents
  5. Printing GUJCET Application Form

Registration

  • Visit the official website.
  • Click on the link for ‘Registration’.
  • Submit details asked for, such as your name, email ID, mobile number, password, etc. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number, enter it to complete the registration. You will receive a registration ID.

Fee Payment

  • Now, log in using your registration ID and password.
  • Select the mode for fee payment.
  • Make the application fee payment.

Filling the Application Form

  • After fee payment, complete the application form with details such as personal, educational qualifications, category, address, etc.
  • Check all the details carefully before submitting.

Uploading Scanned Documents

  • Now, upload the scanned images of your photograph and signature to the designated space.

Printing GUJCET Application Form

  • After all the above processes are complete, check the entire application form before final submission.
  • Submit the form and take a print of the confirmation page.
