AIIMS Nursing Exam 2023 Eligibility

AIIMS B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing

• Nationality – The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• Age Limit – The student must not be more than 17 years of age as of 31st December 2023. Applicants who have been born on or after 2nd January 2007 will not be able to take the exam.
• Educational Qualifications – She should have passed the 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized University/ Board or Institution with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) and English subjects.
• Gender - Only female candidates are permitted to apply for the exam.

AIIMS B.Sc Nursing (Post Basic)

• Nationality - The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• Gender - Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the exam.
• Educational Qualifications - Diploma in GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery). The applicant should be a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwifery.

AIIMS M.Sc. Nursing

• Nationality - The candidate should be an Indian citizen.
• Gender - Only female candidates are eligible to apply for the exam.
• Educational Qualifications – The applicant should be a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwifery. She should have passed B.Sc. in Nursing with Post Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing with 4 years or B.Sc. (Hons) in Post Basic. A General or OBC candidate should have a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate. The reserved category students should have a minimum score of 55% marks to be eligible for the exam.

AIIMS Nursing Exam 2023 Application Process

Candidates can get the application form online. It can be availed from the official portal of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Candidates need to complete the Basic registration through the Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) system followed by the Final registration.

How to Apply for AIIMS Nursing 2023 Exam -

• Visit the official website - https://www.aiimsexams.org
• Click on the ‘Academic Courses’ tab on the homepage.
• Under the ‘Undergraduate’ and ‘Postgraduate’ columns, click on the course you want to apply for.
• Click on the ‘Registration/Login’ link.
• Click on the ‘Click Here’ button under New Registration and complete the registration process.
• After registration, the login id and password will be sent to the candidate’s registered email id.
• Login with the credentials to access the application form.
• Fill in the details such as name, residential address, education qualification, parent details, etc.
• Upload the scanned images of the required documents – photograph, signature, and other documents.
• Make a payment of the application fee as per your category to complete the application process.
• You can take a printout of the confirmation form for future references.

Application Fee

The application fee for B.Sc. and M.Sc. courses is the same. Candidates have to make payments as per their category. The exam fee can be paid online using a credit card, net banking and debit card.

AIIMS Nursing Exam 2023 Other Details

AIIMS Nursing Admit Card 2023

The AIIMS Nursing 2023 admit card can be downloaded from the official portal of AIIMS by entering their name, date of birth and registration id.

• The admit cards for the B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Sc. (Post Basic), and B.Sc. (Paramedical) will be released 15 days before the exam.
• Candidates can download the admit card for M.Sc. (Nursing), M.Sc. and M.Sc. Biotechnology 15 days before the exam.

It is mandatory to bring the admit card to the centre of examination. The admit card contains the name, address of the exam, the date of birth and the date and timing of the exam. The test-taker is further advised to bring her photo identity card to the examination centre.

Students can check their AIIMS 2023 PG seat allocation results only at aiimsexams.org. Candidates who have appeared for the seat allocation process can check their selection status by logging onto the exam portal. AIIMS Nursing 2023 Counselling Process

The AIIMS, New Delhi, will tentatively start the AIIMS PG counselling process 2023 in the month of July 2023. The Institute will invite qualified candidates to register for the AIIMS nursing counselling process in 2023. Counselling will be done for admission into AIIMS, New Delhi and six other AIIMS campuses across the country.

All the eligible candidates who have qualified for the examinations need to go for the counselling session to complete the document verification process.
